C. Todd Marks, Esq.

Prior to forming the law office of Westchase Law, P.A. and Westchase Title, LLC in Tampa, Florida, C. Todd Marks attended the George Mason School of Law.

While in law school, Mr. Marks graded on to the Law Review and served as the Symposium Editor. Mr. Marks practiced law in Virginia and Washington, D.C. Mr. Marks began his legal career in Washington, DC and McLean, Virginia with the law firm of Shaw Pittman, LLP where he practiced in the emerging companies and commercial real estate practice groups.

In the meantime, Todd remained active in local and national political campaigns. Todd eventually worked for law firm Connolly, Bove, Lodge & Hutz in the commercial litigation and bankruptcy practice groups where he developed a general practice which included estate planning and other business law matters.

His experience includes real estate closings and disputes, commercial leases, commercial litigation, creditors' rights in bankruptcy, corporate formation and transactions, estate planning, employment law, and family law.

Mr. Marks serves on the Board of the Westchase Charitable Foundation and has served on the Board of Church at the Bay.

Sheldon D. McMullen, Esq.

Sheldon

Mr. McMullen has a wealth of experience in all types of litigation, including real estate, personal injury, commercial litigation, and family law. Mr. McMullen earned his B.A. degree in English from Florida State University in 1998, and graduated with his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 2002. Since that time, he has established a considerable amount of experience with both trial law and mediation. He is also committed to helping facilitate amicable resolutions to litigation through mediation whenever possible. He is a certified Supreme Court Certified Circuit-Civil Mediation and a Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator. He is additionally certified by the Federal Court as a mediator and certified in foreclosure mediations.

J. Chad Self, Esq.

Before joining Westchase Law, P.A., J. Chad Self earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Tusculum College in Greeneville, Tennessee and his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Auburn Hills, Michigan. During law school, Mr. Self participated in Cooley’s Estate Planning Clinic, completing over 90 hours of pro bono work, and after graduation, Mr. Self worked as a law clerk at another Florida family law firm. Mr. Self is also a veteran of the United States Navy.

Mr. Self has experience handling estate planning, divorce, alimony, child custody, child support, child relocation, time sharing, paternity, and termination of parental rights issues.

Before joining Westchase Law, P.A., Kelly M. Albanese earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Philosophy & Political Science from The Florida State University. During law school, Ms. Albanese participated in Barry University’s Child & Family Law Concentration Program. Kylie Caporuscio, Westchase Law, P.A.
Before joining Westchase Law, P.A., Kylie Caporuscio earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government) from American University in Washington, DC. She then earned her Juris Doctor degree from George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia. Ms. Caporuscio moved to Florida in January 2013 and spent her last semester as a visiting student at Stetson College of Law. During law school, Ms. Caporuscio gained legal experience working at the United States Army, a Virginia family law firm, and Florida's Guardian Ad Litem program.

Adam Itzkowitz, Esq.

Adam Itzkowitz
During law school, Adam interned for judges at the Sixth Judicial Circuit Family Division, as well as at the Sixth Judicial Circuit Criminal Division, in Clearwater, Florida. Adam was also a teaching assistant for the Federal Rules of Evidence and held a position as a summer associate for a firm located in Fort Myers, FL. Adam was also named a Law and Science Fellow for the National Clearinghouse for Science, Technology and the Law.

Adam has owned and operated a number of small businesses; including restaurants in the Tampa Bay Area. He also sat on the board of the Westchase Charitable Foundation.

His practice areas will include business law, litigation, employment law, and hotel and restaurant law.

Before joining Westchase Law, P.A., Hayley Baldinelli earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She went on to pursue her law degree and received her Juris Doctor degree from The University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio. During law school, Ms. Baldinelli gained experience working for a foreclosure litigation firm in Dayton, Ohio.

Her wealth of knowledge in short sales and foreclosure defense is a key asset in assisting the Attorneys to accomplish our clients’ goals. Negotiating a favorable outcome for our clients has become one of Mrs. Baldinelli’s specialties. Her main focus is helping people achieve their goals by utilizing her knowledge, skills, and experience to provide the best possible service to clients.

Before joining Westchase Law, P.A., Amanda Nicole Miller earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Campbell University in Buies Creek, South Carolina and her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing from the University of South Carolina Beaufort in Bluffton, South Carolina. She was a pioneer for and president of the Psychology Club at Campbell University, Camp Lejeune Campus and won the Business Administration Award from the University of South Carolina Beaufort. Amanda Nicole is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Before moving to Florida in June of 2015, Amanda Nicole owned and operated a photography business and assisted various startups in marketing and strategy.
