Bankruptcy

Chapter 7 bankruptcy

If you are unable to pay back your debts as an individual or small business owner, our firm may recommend a Chapter 7 bankruptcy.  If you earn less than the median income in Florida, you probably qualify for Chapter 7.  When we file your petition, the bankruptcy court issues an automatic stay to prevent your creditors from making further collection attempts.  Our law firm helps you understand the federal bankruptcy exemptions, which allow you to keep many of your assets. Chapter 13 bankruptcy
